COD Return - RTO
  • Scan Dispatch Order number using Barcode scanner

  • Duplicate checking - Same Dispatch Order number cannot be returned twice.
  • Validation – “Stock Transfer OUT - Outbound – to Courier for delivery” Dispatch Ordernumber are only permitted.
  • Change status to RTO of the specific Dispatch Order entered
Cancel Outbound Order to Courier
  • Validation – “Stock Transfer OUT - Outbound – to Courier for delivery” order number are only permitted.
  • Only if Order ID is not in COD Return
  • Reason for Cancellation
Replacement Order
  • Cancel the old order and create new order.
Stock Transfer OUT - Outbound - to other Warehouse – Delhi, or Chennai
